we are a study abroad consulting company, helping indian students to get admitted to good and high-ranking universities abroad. we are seeking an academic counsellor/telecaller/on phone counsellor to join our team. the primary responsibility of the candidate will be to guide and assist students in their journey of studying abroad.

responsibilities:

• make outbound calls to students and provide them with information about study programs, admission processes, scholarship opportunities, and other related information.

• follow up with students via phone and email to ensure they have all the information they need and answer any questions they may have.

• provide guidance and counseling to students regarding their study abroad options, based on their academic background, interests, and financial capacity.

• help students complete their admission process, including application forms, essays, and letters of recommendation.

• collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

• keep track of all student interactions and maintain accurate records of student progress and communication.

• attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the study abroad industry.

requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in any field.

• proven experience in outbound calling or tele-calling, preferably in the education sector.

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.

• strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• familiarity with crm software and microsoft office suite.

• willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
