We are a study abroad consulting company, helping Indian students to get admitted to good and high-ranking universities abroad. We are seeking an Academic Counsellor/Telecaller/On Phone Counsellor to join our team. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to guide and assist students in their journey of studying abroad.Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to students and provide them with information about study programs, admission processes, scholarship opportunities, and other related information. Follow up with students via phone and email to ensure they have all the information they need and answer any questions they may have. Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding their study abroad options, based on their academic background, interests, and financial capacity. Help students complete their admission process, including application forms, essays, and letters of recommendation. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Keep track of all student interactions and maintain accurate records of student progress and communication. Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the study abroad industry.Requirements: Bachelors degree in any field. Proven experience in outbound calling or tele-calling, preferably in the education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
