As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll engage with potential customers over calls and emails to
promote our courses and help them get started with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
— Contact potential customers to understand their learning needs.
— Convert leads into sales by explaining the benefits of our courses.
— Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
— Work with the marketing team to follow up on leads.
— Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
— Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
— Follow up with existing leads to nurture relationships.
Qualifications:
— Bachelor€™s degree.
— 0-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service (education tech experience is a
plus).
— Strong communication skills.
— Ability to work independently and in a team.
— Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
