Urgent Requirement For Academic Counsellor

We are looking for dynamic Academic Counsellors who can inspire and guide students to pursue globally recognized finance credentials like CFA and ACCA. This role blends student mentorship with consultative sales, ensuring learners make confident, well-informed decisions while enrolling in SKILLEDGRADs programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Counselling: Engage with prospective students, explain course structures, career outcomes, and help them choose the right program.

- Admissions & Sales: Convert leads into enrollments by building trust, addressing queries, and showcasing the value of SKILLEDGRADs finance courses.

- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing contact with students, ensuring motivation and clarity throughout their journey.

- Outreach & Promotion: Participate in seminars, webinars, and workshops to generate leads and promote SKILLEDGRADs offerings.

- Reporting: Track counselling sessions, conversion ratios, and share insights with the academic and sales teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Management

- Experience: 05 years in academic counselling, student advisory, or educational sales. Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are welcome.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and persuasive ability.

- Empathy and student-first approach.

- Strong organizational and presentation skills.

- Comfort with sales targets and lead conversion.
