Academic Counsellor - Delhi Freshers

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counselors to guide UPSC aspirants in selecting the right courses and mentorship programs. The role involves student counseling, follow-ups, and enrollment conversions in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

— Understand students€™ academic needs and recommend suitable courses or mentorship programs

— Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective students to drive enrollments

— Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets

— Maintain accurate student interaction records and CRM updates

— Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

— Build strong rapport with students for long-term engagement and referrals

Eligibility & Requirements

— Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

— Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

— Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
