Urgent Requirement For Academic Coordinator

Role

To oversee and track deployment of Aarunya program at schools and organizations across Karnataka that are part of Aarunya€™s program.

Responsibilities

€¢ Will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of Aaunya€™s Train The Teacher Program at field level by co ordinating and working with schools across Karnataka that are part of the program. This will consist of:

€¢ Planning Teacher Training and Program Deployment across the year

€¢ Improving existing systems and processes and putting in place a structured process flow for program deployment

€¢ Liaisoning with all partner schools and organizations

€¢ Tracking deployment progress and highlight issues and track till resolution

€¢ Collecting timely updates from schools

€¢ Sharing program deployment review and student assessment timetables with schools, sending timely reminders for the same and ensuring 100% compliance

€¢ Storing assessment results in mandated format for impact evaluation

€¢ Undertaking regular visits to schools to observe, monitor, review and extend required guidance and support as needed. Minimum of once a year. Follow up visit for schools with issues.

€¢ Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your manager.
