RoleTo oversee and track deployment of Aarunya program at schools and organizations across Karnataka that are part of Aarunyas program. Responsibilities Will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of Aaunyas Train The Teacher Program at field level by co ordinating and working with schools across Karnataka that are part of the program. This will consist of: Planning Teacher Training and Program Deployment across the year Improving existing systems and processes and putting in place a structured process flow for program deployment Liaisoning with all partner schools and organizations Tracking deployment progress and highlight issues and track till resolution Collecting timely updates from schools Sharing program deployment review and student assessment timetables with schools, sending timely reminders for the same and ensuring 100% compliance Storing assessment results in mandated format for impact evaluation Undertaking regular visits to schools to observe, monitor, review and extend required guidance and support as needed. Minimum of once a year. Follow up visit for schools with issues. Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your manager.
