AC Technician - Full Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Field Technician to handle machine servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting at client locations. The role involves field visits, equipment repair, and ensuring smooth machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and maintain machines at various client sites.

Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them quickly.

Perform routine checks to ensure machines work efficiently.

Refill machines (if applicable) and ensure proper functioning.

Maintain daily service reports and update the team.

Coordinate with the operations team for spare parts and support.

Ensure timely visits and professional customer handling.

Should be able to handle basic maintenance-related work.

Requirements:

Education: ITI / Diploma in Technician.

Ability to identify and fix technical issues on-site.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for field work.

Experience as a technician or field service engineer is an advantage.

Should have basic knowledge of laptop operations, Excel, and Google Sheets.
