AC Technician Helper

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assist AC Technicians:** Support lead technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, learning from their hands-on experience.

- **Prepare Work Areas:** Ensure job sites are organized and safe by setting up tools and equipment, keeping the workspace tidy, and adhering to safety protocols.

- **Handle Tools and Equipment:** Use and maintain tools like hand tools, gauges, and vacuum pumps under the supervision of experienced technicians to gain practical skills.

- **Perform Minor Repairs:** Assist in troubleshooting basic AC issues and completing simple repairs as directed, enhancing understanding of system operations.

- **Maintain Inventory:** Help keep track of supplies and tools, informing lead technicians when items need to be replenished to ensure smooth workflow.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidate should have completed in a relevant trade and possess basic knowledge of air conditioning systems.

- Strong willingness to learn and take directions from experienced technicians.

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment safely.

- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in AC maintenance and repair.
