This is a full-time position for male candidates, requiring work from the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Assist AC Technicians:** Support lead technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, learning from their hands-on experience.- **Prepare Work Areas:** Ensure job sites are organized and safe by setting up tools and equipment, keeping the workspace tidy, and adhering to safety protocols.- **Handle Tools and Equipment:** Use and maintain tools like hand tools, gauges, and vacuum pumps under the supervision of experienced technicians to gain practical skills.- **Perform Minor Repairs:** Assist in troubleshooting basic AC issues and completing simple repairs as directed, enhancing understanding of system operations.- **Maintain Inventory:** Help keep track of supplies and tools, informing lead technicians when items need to be replenished to ensure smooth workflow.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidate should have completed I.T.I in a relevant trade and possess basic knowledge of air conditioning systems.- Strong willingness to learn and take directions from experienced technicians.- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment safely.- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in AC maintenance and repair.- Team player with effective communication skills to interact well with co-workers and supervisors.
