As a 3D Visualizer, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality visual representations of designs and concepts using 3D rendering software. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to transform their ideas into compelling visual presentations. Your role will involve creating realistic 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations to effectively communicate design intent.

Post: 3D Architectural VisualizerExperience:Minimum 2+ years of experience in 3D Architectural Visualization.Key Skills:3Ds Max, Vray / Corona Renderer, Photoshop, Auto CAD, and Other Plugins & tools.Key Responsibilities:Reading CAD Inputs.Must know how to create realistic renders (Interiors & Exteriors) with lighting & texturing. Ability to work effectively both on team projects as well as individual assignments. Must have a good knowledge of creating 3D walkthroughs.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work extra time, if required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree/Diploma in interior design or software courses.Must have a very good knowledge of 3Ds Max, Corona, Vray, PhotoshopKnowledge of Post-Production Tools is preferred.At least 2 years of experience in 3D Visualization, with a strong portfolio.Excellent visualization and presentation skills.Sound technical knowledge of construction, materials, and finishes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must have the eagerness to learn something new and build new concepts.Should work from Studio. The responsibility and role of the 3D Visualizer could include any of the below, for projects at different stages of its cycle:1. Understand the project and develop views options on sketch, as applicable. 2. Ability to fully understand and follow oral and written instructions.3. Should be able to develop the views and present for review & discussion.4. Modeling Texturing & Lighting the Exterior & Interior5. Making & finalizing PSD for both Exterior and interior view6. Preparing 2D floor plan presentations, layout presentations, Presentation Formats 7. Enhancing images and adding special effects.8. Creating 3D walk-through, fly-through and 360 Panorama in artistic fields.9. Possess excellent design creative and positive attitude with a first-class eye for design details.10. Work with speed and meet deadlines.

Urgently required 3DS Max Architectural Exterior modelling and V ray rendering experienced Candidates required. AutoCAD and Photoshop software experience required. Male Candidates required. We have free accommodation. We prefer candidates in Ramamurthy Nagar and KR Puram Surroundings.
