We are manufacturer of Automotive & Pumps Special parts.Job Responsibility:1. Working with the QA manager to make sure the quality of Relays produced is excellent2. Inspections - Inward, Outward3. Audits - Process, Product4. Rejection Monitoring, root cause analysis and 8D5. Keeping Quality processes up to date6. Preparing QA report formats for Vendors, and monitoring the same.7. Interacting with Vendors for Quality concerns8. Work Instruction preparation for workers9. Control Plan preparation in consultation with design and production10. Carrying out Supplier Audits11. Facing external and customer audits12. Customer Complaint redressal through preparation of 8D13. Timely closure of Customer complaints and prevent reoccurrence.14. Train Workers on importance of Quality, and systems to be followed by them, including15. training of handling of measuring instruments.16. Identifying quality loop holes and plugging them.17. Making sure all instruments are calibrated and errors are within acceptable limits.

MANEGE QUALITY CONTROL
