The General Manager Construction will be responsible for end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, cost control, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, whether related to resources, timelines, or personnel.10. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, permits, and daily logs, for reference and compliance purposes.11. Track the performance of the project against the initial plan and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.12. Oversee the successful completion of the project, ensuring all deliverables are met, final inspections are passed, and the project is handed over to the client.
