Coordinate with internal teams including design, R&D, production, and supply chain to support project requirements. Support execution and ensure smooth handover post order finalization.Market & Industry Understanding Track regional market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects. Share market feedback with management for continuous improvement.Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5+ years of experience in project sales within lighting, sanitary, interior, or glass industries. Strong exposure to project sales and key account handling. Established network with architects, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders. Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Hands-on, target-driven, and execution-focused approach. Education: Graduate (Electrical / Illumination preferred); MBA is an added advantage.
