we are hiring a business development & project manager for our design agency. to

excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and

hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. with

regard to project management, you will have to manage a team of designers and report to

the top management.

qualifications:

● experience working with design clients.

● hands-on experience in lead generation, client coordination, project management &

team handling.

● ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

● proven experience in handling multiple clients & generating revenue for the

company.

● strong communication skills and design fluency.
