Look after the fixtures and jigs used on the assembly line - keep them in working order, and flag repair or replacement needs. Suggest automation, fixtures, or process changes that can reduce manpower dependency and increase output.2. QUALITY (SECONDARY FOCUS) Check assembled products for quality defects before they move to packing. Repair or rework defective pieces so only good product is packed and dispatched. Keep an eye on powder coating quality and flag powder coating defects (basic knowledge is enough - this can be trained on the job).
