Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Pilot Line Setup

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and a strong background in engineering principles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement enhancements to manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

- **Technical Support**: Provide support during the production process to troubleshoot issues, ensuring that equipment and processes run smoothly.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and supply chain, to align manufacturing activities with business goals.

- **Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to manufacturing processes, including workflow charts and standard operating procedures, to ensure consistency.

- **Training**: Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new technologies to enhance team skill levels.

- **Compliance**: Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental practices.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should hold a degree in Engineering or a related field, with significant experience in manufacturing roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
