Ensure timely arrangement of power packs readiness for refer movement & carrying out its major overhaul. Ensure cost effective resource management for E RTG,UHBVN HT LT Lines panels and facility Daily review of complaints & ensure all complaints are resolved within the given time line. Ensure proper documents management Regular monitoring and pre-checks to eliminate heavy breakdowns and if occurred the same to be closed within minimum time limit. Inventory management of equipment for critical spare parts. Ensure 100% compliance are followed for procurement process. Regular audits with team to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained.Cost Optimization To be responsible for regular preventive maintenance work for e RTG power packs DG sets HT LT panels solar plants at DICT. Ensure close coordination with operations team to avoid damages and losses. Ensure cost optimization To be responsible for effective management Ensure compliance of global minimum requirement in work area. Initiatives to be taken wherever GMR is not complied. Managing routine activities to fulfill HSSE requirements. Active participation and cost analysis of all mobile and non-mobile equipment. Vendor development and retention for quality and cost-efficient spares availability for better up time of equipment.
