I represent Inizio Consulting LLP We are a Nerul-based Executive Search firm for engineering industries.We want to discuss a job opportunity for Recruitment Executive for our own set-up.Position: Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Nerul Opposite DY Patil Stadium, Vishwa Green Plan S, 25th FloorJob Role: Finding new clients and developing new business opportunities.Mode: Office based, Permanent payroll, full time jobProfile desired: Management Graduate with good communication, staying in Navi MumbaiWe are primarily working with Engineering organizations across India and providing them critical manpower. You have to:- Inizio will provide the leads of targeted industries. Incumbent has to find the organizations and contacts of concerned authorities from various sources. In some cases, those details will also be pre-mentioned.- CALL in those organizations. Speak to HR or other concern people about Inizio's scope of work. - Ask for recruitment assignments and/or set up meeting.- Share company profile and scope of work of Inizio.- Prepare proposals in given standard format, and mail to hiring organization.- Enter all such clients details in standard MIS.- Cold mailing to targeted companies, where confirmed information of vacancy is not available.- Entering details of jobseekers in standard MIS format.- In case of closures, preparing invoice in standard format.- Payment follow-ups.- Listening, addressing or escalating customer grievances, if any.- Industry research, getting market insights and recommend industries to target in next 3/6/9 monthsYou will be given Job Portal and SIM Card. For mailing to client and candidates, Outlook will be given.There will be fixed salary and incentives on closures.Fresher can apply.
