POSITION- REACT NATIVE DEVELOPERLocation- Raipur, ChhattisgarhQualification- Degree in Information Technology or Computer ScienceRoles & Responsibilities: Designing, deploying, and managing web and mobile applications that can run onmultiple platforms. Utilizing React Native to design and develop UI components for web and mobile appsbased on JavaScript. Writing effective, scalable, and reusable JavaScript code can help createinterchangeable front-end modules. Using other JavaScript libraries (like Redux) to make asynchronous API calls andenhance website/mobile app performance. Creating plans to transition React-based web and mobile apps to React Native. Plan the data and presentation layer of the applications front-end.Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer/Management Information Systems,Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an associated field. You possess at least 3years of hands-on experience as a React Native Engineer or in asimilar role. You have a good working knowledge of HTML and CSS. You are well-versed in all aspects of JavaScript. You have in-depth knowledge of UI/UX designs and wireframes. You possess an expert-level understanding of React.js and its fundamentals.Note: Only Local Candidates are preferred. (Raipur)

ASSOCIATE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER- CUSTOMER RELATIONS (5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST Shift), Bangalore, India this IS A FULL-TIME POSITION.THE ROLEYoull be the preferred point of contact and voice for our applicants and borrowers from all over the world. Your focus will be to own the student relationship and deliver a superior experience with each and every interaction with the student. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Maintaining strong relationships with existing customer base and ensuring the highest quality of service; understanding customers needs at various stages of the customer journey through a loan and supporting re-engagement initiatives even after the loan is closedProactively identifying the right opportunities for the customer and guiding them through the appropriate products and services taking into account their long term aspirations and goalsOwning the customer experience by delivering superior service through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to both responsively and proactively connect with potential borrowers and applicants to help them navigate the loan process or troubleshoot issuesCollaborating with marketing and business development to nurture new relationships with leads and / or potential customers, as well as with the Credit, Servicing and Funding teams to ensure a smooth flow of customer operations and experience THE QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in a related field, or higher2-3 years of B2C local or international customer service or support experience in a high-touch, fast-paced environmentPrior work experience within financial services and/or higher education industries will be a distinct advantage though not mandatory Must have prior experience in a sales oriented and/or targets driven environmentPassion for customer service and relationship management with an innate sense of service and empathy for othersAnalytically driven.
