As a Loader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and warehouse processes. Your main responsibility will be to handle the loading and unloading of goods in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Loading and Unloading: Move and arrange merchandise and materials into and out of trucks or storage areas, ensuring items are securely packed to prevent damage.

- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate records of items loaded and unloaded, ensuring inventory counts are correct and up to date.

- Equipment Operation: Safely operate loading equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks, following all safety protocols to prevent accidents.

- Quality Control: Inspect items for any damages or defects before loading them onto transport vehicles to ensure only quality products are shipped.

- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to coordinate loading schedules and ensure timely deliveries.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Physical Fitness: This job requires lifting heavy items, so good physical strength and stamina are essential.
