Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and operating computer systems and peripherals to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position is open to candidates who have completed their 10th or 12th grade; a graduation degree is not required.Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance. Input, process, and retrieve data accurately using various software applications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software issues. Maintain and organize electronic files and documentation for easy retrieval. Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Generate and print reports as needed, adhering to company standards. Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and address any technical issues. Follow established protocols for data security and confidentiality. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of computer operations.Qualifications: Completed 10th or 12th grade; graduation not required. Basic knowledge of computer operations, including familiarity with operating systems and software applications (e.g., MS Office). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
