Trainer Duties and Responsibilities- Assist with assessing training needs for new and existing employees and identifying trainingactivities/systems to address competency gaps, as identified.- Scripting and story boarding based on knowledge of learning theories. Content creation- Establish networks and build relationships with internal stakeholders and team members withinthe organization.- Maintain a strong relationship with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensureflawless execution of training programs.- Evaluate employees and create learning paths- Proficiency of working with LMS- Deliver feedback and adopt coaching methodologies for continuous improvement both forpeople & process- Prepare review presentation and participate in client/business reviews
