We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience and an I.T.I. qualification. This full-time position requires a male candidate who will work from the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Operate CNC Machines:** Set up and calibrate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and turning based on the supplied blueprints and specifications.- **Monitor Production Process:** Continuously observe the machines to ensure they are running properly, making adjustments when necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.- **Inspect Finished Products:** Use measuring tools to check the dimensions and quality of the finished parts against specifications to ensure they meet production standards.- **Perform Routine Maintenance:** Carry out regular maintenance on CNC machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. This includes cleaning and lubricating parts as needed.- **Collaborate with Team Members:** Work closely with other operators and supervisors to communicate issues or suggest improvements in the production process.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must have a thorough understanding of CNC machine operations and programming. Familiarity with reading technical drawings and specifications is essential. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work are critical.
