Activities:1. Support the model development, specification, verification and validation of various Flight Management System(FMS) models for R&T activities.2. Actively work with the designers, the lab testing teams during the Evaluation campaigns of the system acrossmultiple programs.3. Understand and analyze the system design, respond to system related technical queries (occurrences,observations, etc.) raised by the customers (airliners, other system design offices, simulators, etc.) in a timely manner4. Analysis of the issues to identify potential impact (product, evaluation, etc.), launching the necessary actions toidentify the root causes and following up on the corrective actions or product development by the design offices.5. Attend technical meetings with different stakeholders (customer services teams, system designers, integrators, labteams, etc.)6. Support MBSE initiatives and seek new business opportunities.7. Ensure support for integration of the model/prototype on different simulation platforms to facilitate pilot-in-the-loopevaluations.Required skills and expertise: Strong knowledge in C, C++ and JAVA. Good debugging and problem solving skills. Knowledge in JAVA and MATLAB is an added advantage Working knowledge of Configuration Management (SVN, CVS, etc.) . NICE TO HAVE: Any experience on FMS is a strong advantage Ability to lead projects and innovation initiatives Experience in simulation and modeling (Matlab, Simulink, Python) are an added advantage. Strong knowledge of processes, standards and system engineering norms Ability to work on multiple critical programs in parallel, stakeholder management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability Ability to work well in a team environment
