Job Description_ Tele callingContact Customers and informing them on the over dues / outstanding amount.Collect the delinquent / Overdue amount/ Settlement Amount over the phone/ Book PTPShould be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer serviceNegotiate effectively and advice suitable payment plansPursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts/Improving Credit scoreShould be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service asAware of the benefits of Credit score improvement and advised customers to avail of benefits Maintain Customer follow up records/ Codes/RemarksInitiate Field visits to customers when payments are not being made.Good communication skills in Regional Language & EnglishAverage System Knowledge, Typing SkillsPatience and resilience.Familiarity with Bank Process and procedures.Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure the team meets the targets month on month.Working hours 9am to 6pm. Monday to SaturdayRequirementMinimum 1-2 years of Experience handling Collection Calls ( Optional )Soft Calling/Disputes resolution Understanding of financial products and know-how of the Collection process.Good communicator and target-driven individual.DRA certificationRemunerationFixed salary + Performance based IncentivesFull time Job, Performance based Incentive : 5,000 - 25,000

Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities Visit Customer at the scheduled hours. Minimum of 10 customer visits a day. Responsible for speaking to customers who are overdue on payments. Understand the reason behind payment being overdue, also to understand if issues with product or services, to help make the payment. Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued. Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed. Effective Negotiation Skills. Maintain clear records on customer Visits and Follow ups Responsible to Trail updates Utilize the given software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
