This role is ideal for a recent graduate from Banaras or Varanasi who has strong communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and an interest in the US IT recruitment industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Outreach:Identify and generate quality leads for US IT staffing roles by leveraging job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.Candidate & Client Engagement:Draft professional emails and engage directly with potential candidates and clients, ensuring clear communication of job requirements and visa criteria.US Visa Criteria Expertise:Understand and articulate USA work eligibility requirements (USC, GC, EAD, H4 EAD) to both candidates and clients.Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.Record Keeping & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and client communications using our Ciepal system.Collaboration:Work closely with senior team members to refine recruitment strategies and contribute to continuous process improvement.Qualifications:Educational Background:A bachelor's degree, ideally from a reputable institution in Banaras.Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven proficiency in drafting professional emails and engaging on social media/recruitment platforms.Knowledge of US IT Staffing:Basic understanding of US visa requirements and staffing practices is essential.Tech Savvy:Familiarity with recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster. 8009464358
