This role involves managing front office operations with exceptional customer service and administrative support.Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm, professional approach. Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication. Manage daily front desk operations, including scheduling, records, and coordination with internal departments. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.Requirements: Graduation in any stream; candidates from a hospitality background preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a corporate office, hotel, or commercial premises in a front office role. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong organizational skills, professional appearance, and a customer-focused attitude.
