The assistant producer responsibilities come forth as an integral part of the production process. As an assistant producer for television or films, you will be performing a host of activities with all the personnel involved in the production process right from executive producer, director, cinematographer, actor, technicians, editor, sound designer, and even the spot boy or a vendor that might be supplying lights, property, costumers or equipment's for a particular production.

The chosen candidate would be the assisting the Managing Director based out of the head office in DelhiShe would be responsible for:- Coordinating with various business heads on business requirements on follow up items- Co-ordinate with various team for MIS- Actively engage in meetings and ensure follow ups- Provide all administrative support to the MD on items like Coordinate international and domestic visitors; hotel and airline bookings; expense reimbursements etc.- Minimum qualification Post Graduation- Good interpersonal skills and articulate communication- Should be aggressive- Detail oriented- Work experience is preferred in the service industry but not restricted to it, preference will be to look at EAs with work experience in proprietor lead companies

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect visitors to the appropriate person and officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stockUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsArrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchersKeep updated records of office expenses and costsPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Motion Graphic Designer-Create storyboards and use scripts to plan, conceptualize and design the visuals to assist the marketing team and their digital initiativesCreate explainer videos, social gifs, event videos, and product videos using various screens, social media graphics, email banners, videos, posters, and Infographics.Perform video production and editing by collecting all the footage and building the final video in line with the script provided by copywriters

Experience: 20-25 years of experience in Real Estate with compulsory P&L experience Qualification: Any Graduate / Engineer / MBA Salary: At par with industry standards Key Responsibilities: Will be responsible for P&L of the Real Estate Business, across all projects. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
