The chosen candidate would be the assisting the Managing Director based out of the head office in Delhi
She would be responsible for:
- Coordinating with various business heads on business requirements on follow up items
- Co-ordinate with various team for MIS
- Actively engage in meetings and ensure follow ups
- Provide all administrative support to the MD on items like Coordinate international and domestic visitors; hotel and airline bookings; expense reimbursements etc.
- Minimum qualification Post Graduation
- Good interpersonal skills and articulate communication
- Should be aggressive
- Detail oriented
- Work experience is preferred in the service industry but not restricted to it, preference will be to look at EAs with work experience in proprietor lead companies
