We are looking for 6 month of experience in Client Account Management. Understanding the client requirements and handling the client Queries. Shall be a lead point of contact for any/all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, manage projects efficiently, negotiate commercial terms and generate sales. Must have prior relationships with End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them required. Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil. Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing. Handle a team of recruiters and vendors, motivate and mentor them. Coordinating with the recruitment teams, setting priorities and to ensure that clients requirements, delivery and hiring are met in a timely manner. Be accountable for revenue targets.Qualifications and Skill Set Required [IMPORTANT]:- Candidate should be very comfortable with Microsoft Excel- Should be having minimum one year of Team leading and Client Management experience- Should be very number oriented and analytical in nature- Extremely high attention to detail is required as you would be dealing with a lot of data and a lot of numbers
