The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, file management, data entry, tally operations, customer interactions, brand promotion, and consulting activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and effective communication.### Key Responsibilities:1. **Office Work & Administration**:- Perform general office duties such as managing schedules, maintaining office supplies, and organizing workspaces.- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.2. **File Management**:- Maintain and organize physical and digital files systematically.- Ensure that important documents are properly archived and easy to retrieve when necessary.3. **Data Entry**:- Accurately input and update data into various systems, spreadsheets, and databases.- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.4. **Tally (Accounting Software)**:- Handle basic accounting entries and maintain financial records using **Tally** software.- Manage invoices, receipts, and inventory data through Tally.- Assist the accounts team in bookkeeping and financial management tasks.5. **Calling (Customer Interaction)**:- Make outbound calls to clients, customers, or partners for information gathering, follow-ups, and relationship management.- Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing the necessary support.6. **Brand Promotion**:- Assist in the promotion of the companys brand through digital platforms, social media, and other marketing channels.- Help coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional events.- Engage with potential customers or clients to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
