1. Participate in the implementation of the strategy, solution, design, build and operations for Data Governance program.2. Define and oversee data governance processes within customer env for the data platforms3. Participate in the Implementation, evolve, and promote adoption and use of standard metadata in coordination with customer data stewards, architects, and developers4. Participate in the definition of and maintain Reference Data Governance Asset Data Model and Standards, ensuring that governance assets are understood, developed, and used in efficient and functional manner.5. Ensure that security and privacy are foundational in designing and building out data strategies.6. Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to implement data governance strategy, including DBMs, data mastering tools, data integration tools, analytic tools, etc.7. Bring experience with different data use cases and design data models that meet various needs: customer facing analytics, internal advanced analytics, and internal reporting. Be familiar with different design and modeling approaches for those different use cases.8. Stay abreast of information management trends and standards, master data management, data services, self-service business intelligence, metadata management, data quality, and data governance. 12 + yrs experience in the IT industry with experience in migration preferably in Oil and Gas . BE / Masters Degree ETL tool Experience / Exposure Experience in TIBCO technology stack, TIBCO Jaspersoft, TIBCO Spotfire ADS, TIBCO Clarity, Tibco EBX, BusinessWorks. Or Informatica. Experience in TIBCO SingleStore. Experience in Informatica or similar ETL and data governance tool. Desired Domain Exposure - Oil&Gas

Job Description:Experience: 4-8yrsDeveloper with strong TIBCO Spotfire experience to support O&G dashboard creation.Should have the capability to extend or integrate with components of advanced analytics & machine learning engine to generate reports and dashboards catering to the business needs.Good understanding of embedding R and python models in Spotfire using Data FunctionsStrong experience in writing Iron-python and R scripts for customized solutionsStrong experience using data-driven methods to analyze and solve business situationsStrong knowledge of SDLC processes.Solid foundation in data management and data governanceExperience in developing business-relevant reports/analysesExcellent communication skills to include internal and external communication & documentation.Ability to present documentation and designs and convey complex information in a clear and concise mannerAbility to present demos to users and clientsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in TIBCO Spotfire features like multiple filtering schemes, custom expression, multiple marking, Tags, ListsKnowledge in creating charts like scatter, line, bar, scatter, pie, etc., and how to manipulate every property associated with visualization (trellis, color, shape, etc.)Knowledge of TIBCO Data Virtualization (Composite) would be a plus like implementation of Data Transformations, views, packaged queries within the TDV environmentDetailed knowledge of TIBCO Spotfire development including TIBCO Spotfire Web Player and TIBCO Spotfire Professional clients -report developer configuration, best practices.Experience with Tibco Spotfire (dashboard, visualization & report development)Familiarity with data validation and data model process from internal and external sourcesStrong focus on customer support and relationship management
