Our story began in 2015. The objective was clear to empower blue collar workers with access to a better life. Far too many times, we had heard the clich our employees are our most valuable assets. But we realised that this didnt always translate into action for the blue collar workforce. The underlying reason was not a lack of will. It had more to do with the lack of resources and technology to achieve that.
