You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the service provided by the Institute. We will love to meet you.As an International Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for:Responsible to collect data, sort and analyze it to produce quality result.Achieve targets for Leads.Responsible for counseling students.Providing end-to-end counseling to parents and students with the right solutions for every students individual requirement.Converting qualified study abroad leads into admissions.Being a guide to students to help them build a career overseas.Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the Institute.Resolving queries and issues related to the services.Maintaining the database of the students on a regular basis.Suggesting solutions based on students needs and requirements.Who are we looking for?Bachelor (or above) qualification or equivalent.1 - 3 year counseling experience preferably in the global education industryBoth male & female candidate can be considered.Computer skills including, Word, Excel.Fluent in English - written and verbalStrong knowledge of destination and local education systemsOutstanding problem-solving skills.Good time management abilities.Strong decision-making skills.Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
