Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, to ensure product availability. Order Processing and Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, resolve any order-related issues, such as cancellations or returns, promptly and efficiently and provide excellent service and maintaining a positive online reputation.Required Candidate Profile Minimum 1+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Market Places Must have full working knowledge of Market portals like Amazon, etc Knowledge of digital marketing a plus Eager to learn, smart and decisive, Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of MS Excel is Mandatory
