�� marketplace listing - create and manage product listings on various e-commerce marketplaces such as amazon, flipkart etc.

�� platform optimization: regularly review and optimize product listings, pricing.

�� inventory management: monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, to ensure product availability.

�� order processing and fulfillment: manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

�� customer service: address customer inquiries, concerns, resolve any order-related issues, such as cancellations or returns, promptly and efficiently and provide excellent service and maintaining a positive online reputation.

required candidate profile

�� minimum 1+ years of experience in ecommerce, market places

�� must have full working knowledge of market portals like amazon, etc

�� knowledge of digital marketing a plus

�� eager to learn, smart and decisive,

�� excellent written and verbal communication skills

�� knowledge of ms excel is mandatory
