Job Description

- Marketplace Listing - Create and manage product listings on various e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart etc.

- Platform Optimization: Regularly review and optimize product listings, pricing.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, to ensure product availability.

- Order Processing and Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, resolve any order-related issues, such as cancellations or returns, promptly and efficiently and provide excellent service and maintaining a positive online reputation.

Required Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Market Places

- Must have full working knowledge of Market portals like Amazon, etc

- Knowledge of digital marketing a plus

- Eager to learn, smart and decisive,

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of MS Excel is Mandatory
