As students many years back we always wondered about the education provided and the things we had to learn by heart. Was it really necessary and why didnt anybody ever explain to us why these things were needed? Many years later in the role as teachers and principals we realized that every student learn in an individual way and that every student needs individual attention. Because we are all different. We decided to do something about it and many years later we have the opportunity to give You as a student all the things that we wished we would have got during our training.
