Handling and filling GST Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activitiesHandling petty cash Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.Tax Related Compliance Direct & Indirect- Advance Tax, Returns Filings, etc.Finalisation of Accounts as per applicable Accounting Standards.

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and properties. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and events. Client Interaction: Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients. Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and features. Address client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner. dentify and qualify potential clients who are interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations with the sales team. Database Management: Maintain an updated and organized client database. Record all client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Provide clients with relevant market insights and information. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and targets.
