Role:The Developer SAP ABAP will be responsible for developing new system functionality, providing system maintenance & enhancements in SAP modules. He is responsible to ensure that the initiatives and internal customers are provided full lifecycle support, from implementation through on-going support.Responsibilities: Adhere to security and control, and change control processes Design, develop and maintain SAP modules to meet support and/or project requirements. Interface with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate business requirements into formal technical requirements and application code. Work with IT support teams (ADM Germany: SAP CCoE, I&O Germany: Backend & Integration Applications, server teams) to ensure support and project requirements are developed and successfully implemented Develop and execute unit test and integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specifications. Provide documentation of the technical solution und keep it updated in accordance with the regulatory requirements for an insurance company (especially VAIT). Provide Solution Delivery Methodology artefacts associated with application components. Participate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development. Accompanying and supporting auditors during regular and unscheduled audits.Key Competencies & Skills required SAP ABAP/4 Development. Domain knowledge of SAP SAP on HANA SAP R/3 and S/4

Self-organized and ability to handle stressful situations in completion of assignment without compromising on quality. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is required.

Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. Co-ordinate with senior technical person, supplier technical team for hardware integration and troubleshooting as per application requirement. Visit client location, company manufacturing unit/office for application presentation, testing, optimization, bug fixing or team training purpose. Reporting to HOD on On-going project status weekly to the HOD& Project Manager. Protects operations and code by keeping information confidential as per company policy.
