job role:

• configuring and managing servers of different operating systems, such as windows, linux, including installing.

• fixing issues, and upgrading while implementing enhancements to them to improve

• manage performance and reliability

• should have knowledge on multiple hardware platform

• experience in support of lenovo server / dell servers/ hp servers / storage

• must have configured ilo, drack, dell idrack & other remote monitoring tools.

• must have knowledge of related concepts like raid. snmp, hotspare etc.

• having knowledge of installation and troubleshooting on, hp, dell, intel, all types of servers, installation and troubleshooting of windows.

• having knowledge on all types of servers, storage installation and troubleshooting, server backup (all types)

• problem solving capability in server hardware, including troubleshooting server-based issues with root cause analysis

• familiar with high availability servers

• knowledge of vmware, hyper-v, storage, backup devices/systems.

• experience in installing, supporting and maintaining server and storage hardware. a general understanding of networking & san technologies.
