Opening For SAP ABAP Developer

Role:

The Developer SAP ABAP will be responsible for developing new system functionality, providing system maintenance & enhancements in SAP modules. He is responsible to ensure that the initiatives and internal customers are provided full lifecycle support, from implementation through on-going support.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to security and control, and change control processes

• Design, develop and maintain SAP modules to meet support and/or project requirements.

• Interface with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate business requirements into formal technical requirements and application code.

• Work with IT support teams (ADM Germany: SAP CCoE, I&O Germany: Backend & Integration Applications, server teams) to ensure support and project requirements are developed and successfully implemented

• Develop and execute unit test and integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specifications.

• Provide documentation of the technical solution und keep it updated in accordance with the regulatory requirements for an insurance company (especially VAIT).

• Provide Solution Delivery Methodology artefacts associated with application components.

• Participate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development.

• Accompanying and supporting auditors during regular and unscheduled audits.
