You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. You will also serve as a key member of our leadership team, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our business objectives and ensure compliance with local and national employment laws- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
