A Visa Counselor is responsible for providing consultation services to individuals or organizations seeking guidance and assistance with visa applications and immigration processes. Their key responsibilities include:Assessing client needs and determining eligibility for various visa options.Assisting clients in preparing and completing visa applications accurately and efficiently.Reviewing client-provided documents to verify authenticity, completeness, and compliance with visa regulations.Staying updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and advice to clients.Managing multiple client cases simultaneously, tracking application progress, and maintaining organized records.Serving as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing regular updates on case status.Assisting clients in resolving application rejections, delays, or complications by analyzing reasons and advising on remedies.Building and maintaining relationships with clients, immigration officials, and other stakeholders involved in the visa application process.Adhering to ethical standards, maintaining client confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on visa policies, immigration trends, and procedural changes.We are offering not only a good salary but also incentives and great learning opportunities to you.

Should have good knowledge of sending students to UK Canada New Zealand & AustraliaAdvising potential students on education opportunities in overseas.Advising students on application procedures visa applications applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies in the overseas.Applying to various universities/colleges overseas.Assisting with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company.Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of students counselled and applications sent to the overseas.Liaising with students other offices and client institutions.Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.Filing Visa Applications with the respective embassies.Working under TargetsFunctional Area:Counselling Marketing Sales Tele-callingRole Category:Study Abroad Counselling/AdmissionsEducation/Experience:Education and Experience required:Graduation or Post Graduation in any field.At least 3-5 years of experience in counseling for UK Canada Australia & New Zealand institutions.Skills required:Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.Committed to work on long termExcellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.Flexibility over working hoursStrong IT skills.Administration smooth functioning of business operations.Job Types: Full-time Permanent
