Job Title: Bench Sales RecruiterJob Type: Full-time, Night ShiftSalary Range: INR 17,000 to INR 25,000 per monthJob Description:As a Bench Sales Recruiter at Yuvii Consultancy, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting IT professionals for our clients' bench requirements. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening resumes to scheduling and conducting interviews.Key Responsibilities:Identify potential candidates through various sources, including job portals, social media, and referralsScreen resumes and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and experienceConduct phone and video interviews with potential candidatesSchedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managersNegotiate salary and other compensation packages with candidatesMaintain a database of potential candidates and client requirementsBuild and maintain relationships with candidates and clientsWork closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop recruitment strategiesProvide regular updates to the management team on recruitment activities and candidate pipelineRequirements:Fluent English communication skillsBachelor's degree in any discipline0-3 years of experience in bench sales recruitment (freshers are also welcome)Ability to work in night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM IST)Strong negotiation and communication skillsGood understanding of the IT industry and technologiesExcellent interpersonal and networking skills
