We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical expertise and operational support for Microsoft Azure infrastructure. The ideal candidate will evaluate business needs, design and implement Azure solutions, and ensure the successful deployment and execution of Azure services. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Azure architecture, strong documentation skills, and the ability to lead and support a team.Responsibilities: Evaluate business needs and deliver comprehensive Azure solutions. Provide technical expertise and support for Azure infrastructure and architecture. Develop engineering documentation and maintain Azure system configurations. Lead the team in developing Azure service roadmaps and strategies. Facilitate discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and align with Azure services. Collaborate with project management to develop and maintain project plans and schedules. Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of Azure Tenant. Interface with Microsoft for Tier 3 support and participate in monthly patching maintenance. Verify system integrity and monitor hardware, server resources, and processes. Foster team morale and build strong relationships within the team.Technology Skills: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services, including Active Directory, HA/DR configurations, and Network & Security services. Hands-on experience with the Hub & Spoke model in Azure networking. Strong experience in Azure migration and governance. Azure Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL Foundation, and MCITP certifications.

To sell and up sell products, to build strong relationships with the clients to exceed the targets by developing the telesales strategy. Sets priorities and serves as subject matter expert for the Business and client requirements. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Sales Customer Support, and Marketing Organization. Monitors performance of Inside Sales Team through call monitoring and other measures to ensure utilization and efficient service. Manage appropriate KRAs and Metrics. Develop strategies to reduce churn by proactively identifying KEY accounts. Develop strategies to generate and increase high quality leads from Online (Website) and Inbound mediums Map 360-degree view of complete sales cycle from Lead generation to On-boarding Constantly coach the team on handling sales objections and maximizing conversions. Working knowledge of outbound tele sales, basic marketing principles and practices. Knowledge of the sales and customer life cycle. Prior experience of handling retail customer is a plus.Desired Skills & Experience At least 5 years experience, experience in handling a team Spoken fluent Hindi & English Must be a goal oriented, team player; Bachelors Degree is required;
