Team Leader : Malad, Chandiwali and Thane Location Role and Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of 15 FTE'sClient/Customer/People ManagementDrive Performance in the team to meet targetsManage the daily team activities and ensure the daily operations run smoothly.Drive Team adherence and manage monthly scheduling.Handle customer escalationsManage key business metrics and SLA's such as CSATDrive Continuous Improvement in the team along with metrics improvementPerformance management and appraisals for the entire Team.Present Weekly Reviews to the Management on key deliverables.One-One with the team and scheduled Monthly Team meetings.Provide Feedback and CoachingKnowledge management for the team and quality controlApply performance management strategies - action plans, BQ planningResponsible for people/employee career developmentManage Attrition as per process / organization standardsKey Skills and knowledgeGraduate with minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO sector.Handling Telesales / Financial sector (Mutual Fund / Stock broking / FinTech) process / VRM process in Domestic Telecom would be preferred / added advantageAbility to drive Sales numbers in the teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Should be willing to work in shifts along with the team in customer business time.Overall should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.Practice and focused on Metrics.Good Excel skills and Reporting knowledgeAwareness of SLA/SLO Metrics
