Responsible for Estimation of cost & preparation of budget. Organizing workflow accordingly to meet deadlines. Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately Screen creation to determine issues. Provide training and support to the team Oversee and assess the presentation of creation staff (quality controllers, laborers, etc.) Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment, etc. Ensuring that output should meet with quality standards. Implement health and safety precautions. Report to senior management. Good Knowledge of Production Management. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations. Liaising and coordinating production with other departments. Resolving labor disputes, where requested. Experience in reporting on key production metrics. Good Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software. Handling of supply chain management. Knowledge of six sigma & Kaizen.
