ThirstyCrew Solutions is looking for new talents for top MNC in chennai.- Carefully analyze the requirements as per client needs.- Posting the job on job portals.- Check for available candidates in the various portals and reach out to them to seek their interest.- Review the resumes thoroughly and shortlist suitable matches.- Establish communication between the client and the consultants.- Coordinate the interviews.- Coach and prepare candidates through the client interview process.- Regularly remain in touch with the client, consultant regarding the updates.- Maintaining and updating the database of consultants.- Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment and end-to-end recruitment and sourcing, screening.- Regularly providing feedback to the Consultants.- Worked on Contracts, Contract to Hire, and full-time positions for clients in Domestic staffing.- Good experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Shine, and other job portals.Application Deadline: 31/10/2021Job Types: Full-time, FresherSalary: From 15,000.00 per month
