Domestic/US IT Recruiter

ThirstyCrew Solutions is looking for new talents for top MNC in chennai.

- Carefully analyze the requirements as per client needs.

- Posting the job on job portals.

- Check for available candidates in the various portals and reach out to them to seek their interest.

- Review the resumes thoroughly and shortlist suitable matches.

- Establish communication between the client and the consultants.

- Coordinate the interviews.

- Coach and prepare candidates through the client interview process.

- Regularly remain in touch with the client, consultant regarding the updates.

- Maintaining and updating the database of consultants.

- Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment and end-to-end recruitment and sourcing, screening.

- Regularly providing feedback to the Consultants.

- Worked on Contracts, Contract to Hire, and full-time positions for clients in Domestic staffing.

- Good experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Shine, and other job portals.
